The new owners of this charming bed and breakfast in the Forest of Dean came to us in 2017 looking for safe hands to manage their marketing. We developed a new brand identity for them and built them a new website. We’ve worked with them ever since providing a range of marketing services.

Branding and messaging
We lifted Edale House’s brand presence with a complete rebrand including logo, colour scheme, messaging and print materials. Over the years we have also created leaflets, posters and business cards. New signage which is proudly displayed on the front of the building was created by Fusion Designs from our designs.
Website design and management
Their previous website was old fashioned, unresponsive, difficult to navigate and cluttered. We worked with them to create a website which shone a light on their fantastic guest house, highlighting its beautiful Forest location, attractive rooms and unique character which includes being dog and cycle friendly.
We integrated their bookings and reviews system, Freetobook, and ensure guests were able to find out everything they needed to know before making a booking.
We also completely rewrote all of the content, optimised the website for search and hired David Broadbent Photography to photograph the property and create a library of images for us and the owners to use.
We have managed and maintained their website ever since, including providing a range of copywriting. We redesigned the site in 2024 to update some of the page layouts and homepage banners.

We had just purchased Edale House B&B in 2017 which had a website but with little ‘owner’ control and somewhat dated. We were desperate to find someone that could turn around a new website quickly and efficiently and within a specific time frame. Alex put us in touch with a photographer locally and within a few weeks we had the bare bones of a new design. The deadline to complete was tight but within 6 weeks we had an up and running new site with booking facilities all integrated into one system for easy management. Now that’s service!
